geoDisjoint
Function: GeoDisjoint(Geometry left, Geometry right)
Tests whether the left geometry is disjointed from the right geometry.
If passed a string the geometry functions will automatically convert it into a geometry object.
Syntax
geoDisjoint( geometryValueLeft, geometryValueRight )
Argument | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
geometryValueLeft | WTK String or Geometry Object | Geometry value being used to calculate if it is disjointed from the geometryValueRight. |
geometryValueRight | WTK String or Geometry Object | The geometry being checked. |
Examples
geoDisjoint( "POLYGON ((30 10, 40 40, 20 40, 10 20, 30 10))", "POLYGON ((35 10, 45 45, 15 40, 10 20, 35 10))" )
Returns a Boolean value true or false depending on whether the left geometry is disjointed from the right geometry.
